Nutty Granola

4 cups oats
1 cup finely chopped pecans (sunflower seeds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, etc.)
1/2 cup slivered almonds 
1/4 cup flax seed, ground 
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 teaspoon cinnamon 
1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup coconut oil 
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla 

Mix dry. Heat wet. Combine. Bake 300 45 min and stir occasionally. 9x13 pan with parchment.
